New York Times Agrees With IDA: NIH Grant Funding System Flawed
IDA has previously revealed that the National Institutes of Health peer review grant funding system is broken. A devastating front-page report, “Playing it Safe in Cancer Research,” by well-respected science reporter Gina Kolata found researchers complaining about many of the findings that IDA had exposed, with the common denominator that the complaints are coming from scientists themselves.
